Wisconsin Fatality Review Team Toolkit

This toolkit was developed by the Governor's Council on Domestic Abuse, DV Fatality Review Initiative, to help Wisconsin communities establish and operate domestic violence fatality review teams under 2025 Wisconsin Act 148. It covers the legal framework, step-by-step team formation guidance, team composition, confidentiality, case selection and review methodology, reviewer self-care, dissemination, funding, and resources.
